Seeking Dance Instructors

Seeking a full-time Dance instructor to lead all forms of Ballroom and Latin classes. Applicant must be energetic and comfortable teaching private and group lessons. Perform on stage in front of a live audience. The applicant must be willing and able to complete a training period where they will learn to teach Roland’s curriculums.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead teaching, fun, engaging dance lessons
• Greet all patrons and recognize new students
• Be present, punctual & accountable for all lessons and Roland’s events
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• 2 + experience teaching dance or other fitness activities preferred
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Be tactful, fair, efficient and friendly when dealing with patrons and co-workers
• Make quick and accurate decisions

Compensation

• Job Type: Full-time
• $7.25 to $30.00 /hour based on experience and private lessons

Experience

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dancing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hours per week: Less than 10
